BSNL Started Offering Data Carry Forward Option to Postpaid Users up to 200GB

With a subscriber base of 110 million, the state-run telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is the number 4th telecom operator in India. BSNL has many offers for its prepaid users in terms of data, calls, and SMS and is best known for offering combo offers and plans to its users. With its prepaid plans, BSNL directly competes with Airtel, Idea, Jio, and Vodafone. But the telecom operator was behind private telecom operator in the postpaid segments.

While on one side every private telecom operator is offering data carry forward option in postpaid plans with which the users can carry forward the unused data of the current billing cycle to the next billing cycle. Until now, BSNL was not offering any such benefits but now the telecom operator has brought this benefit too. According to the reports, the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has brought the data carry forward benefit to its postpaid plan 525. But there is a catch, that this plan is only available in the Kolkata Circle. Here are the details.

BSNL Data Carry Forward Option on Postpaid Plan

According to the reports of Telecom Talk, the BSNL has started offering the benefit of data carry forward option on the postpaid plan 525. This plan of BSNL is only applicable in the Kolkata circle. The 525 plan of BSNL is also revised and the plan now offers 80GB data per billing cycle. It is expected that this data carry forward option will soon be available on all postpaid plans in all circles of BSNL.

Talking about the details and benefits of the BSNL 525 Postpaid plan, this plan is valid in all circles but the plan is revised only in the Kolkata telecom circle. With the revision in the plan, now it offers 80GB data. All calls are free and unlimited in this plan and there are no charges on calls made to Mumbai and Delhi Circles. With this plan, users will also get 100 free SMS per day.

The best part of the BSNL 525 postpaid plan is that the data usage is unlimited even after the users will exhaust the data usage limit. After the usage of 80GB data, the speed will be revised to 40 Kbps. BSNL also has a 1525 postpaid plan that offers unlimited data without any restriction and also free Amazon Prime Membership.
