Motorola made important announcements as part of the 2024 Mobile World Congress (MWC 2024) held in Barcelona. One of these announcements was a collaboration with durable glass manufacturer Corning. Within the framework of the agreement, the screens of the company’s smartphones will be protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass.
Gorilla Glass is already used in most of Motorola’s flagship and mid-segment phones. However, with this agreement, it is announced that even entry-level Moto phones will become more resistant to scratches and drops.
Regarding the subject, the statement made by Motorola Customer Experience Chief Ruben Castano includes the following statements: “By using Corning Gorilla Glass in all Moto series, we aim to lead the industry by ensuring that every consumer has access to the durability and peace of mind that comes with this cutting-edge technology.”
