Vivo V30 Pro passed the test with Dimensity 8200 processor

Vivo V30 Pro will become official soon. The smartphone, which recently received Bluetooth certification and appeared in the Bluetooth SIG database, has now passed Geekbench’s benchmark test. This test shows that MediaTek’s Dimensity 8200 processor is at the heart of the phone.

News that the V30 Pro will be a differently named version of the V18 Pro has been on the agenda before. However, at the heart of the phone in question is Dimensity 9200+, one of MediaTek’s more powerful options. At this point, it is worth remembering that the V18 Pro is sold only in China and smartphone manufacturers can sell their devices with different processors in different countries.

There are two different results for the V30 Pro in Geekbench’s database. In the first of these, the phone received 1045 and 3637 points respectively; The scores in the second test are 1223 and 3784. It should be noted that the scores in the second test better reflect the overall performance of the Dimensity 8200.

As a result of the test, it is also seen that the phone will come with 12 GB RAM and Android 14. It is worth noting that Vivo previously preferred the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor in models such as V27 Pro and V29 Pro.

Vivo V30 Lite became official at the end of 2023 with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. V30 Pro was introduced this month. While the smartphone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, this processor is accompanied by 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage in the base version.

Vivo V30 Pro may differ from the S18 Pro in other ways

The V30 is quite similar to the S18, but there are differences such as having a 50MP ultra-wide camera instead of 8MP. The V30 Lite differs from the S18e in many more points. Therefore, there is a high probability that the V30 Pro will differ more from the S18 Pro other than the chipset.
