We still have some time to meet the iPhone 16 Pro. However, rumors about the smartphone have been around for a long time. Finally, drawings said to belong to the 16 Pro were leaked to the internet.

Looking at these drawings, it seems that Apple has not deviated from the familiar design, but has made some touches. While the news also includes precise information about the dimensions of the phone, the growth in the screen also draws attention.

On the iPhone 16 Pro, it can be seen that the button called the Capture Button is placed below the power button on the right edge. The button in question works similar to the soft shutter buttons on cameras. While the camera focuses with a soft touch, photos are taken with a firm touch. This button was also previously available on Sony’s smartphones.

According to the leak, the dimensions of the iPhone 16 Pro will be 149.6 x 71.4 x 8.4 mm. This means that the phone will be slightly wider and longer than its predecessor. Previous news had stated that the phone would have a 6.3-inch screen. The current model has a 6.1 inch screen. The thinning of the frame in the drawings shows that the phone may grow a little larger.

iPhone 16 Pro will grow larger due to design requirements

It is stated that design requirements were effective in Apple’s decision to enlarge the iPhone 16 Pro. It is noted that the smartphone will have the tetraprism telephoto camera, which was also present in the iPhone 15 Pro Max released last year, and that this hardware does not fit into the current iPhone 15 Pro.

In a previous leak, it was claimed that the phone would have vertically arranged cameras. However, this leak shows a different situation. Since we will meet the iPhone 16 Pro in September, it will not be a surprise to encounter other different claims in the coming period.
