Microsoft introduced its artificial intelligence-supported assistant, called Copilot Pro, to users in January. The service, which has a monthly subscription fee of $20, can now be accessed in more countries. With Microsoft Copilot Pro, you get priority access to the latest OpenAI models, the ability to create your own Copilot GPT, and access to Copilot from within Office apps if you’re a Microsoft 365 Personal or Home subscriber. Microsoft now allows using Copilot Pro in Office Web applications. This means that a separate Microsoft 365 subscription is no longer needed to use the chatbot in Word, Outlook and other free web applications.
Copilot Pro integration will come to mobile applications soon. Divya Kumar, general manager of search and artificial intelligence marketing at Microsoft, said: “We will expand this advantage to our free mobile applications, including the Microsoft 365 app and Outlook for iOS and Android, in the coming months.”
