Vivo is reportedly planning to expand its T3 series, which currently includes models like Vivo T3 Lite 5G, Vivo T3x 5G, Vivo T3 5G, and Vivo T3 Pro 5G. Rumors have it that the brand is gearing up to introduce the Vivo T3 Ultra in India. A report by 91mobiles has revealed a lot of details about this Ultra variant.
According to the report, the Vivo T3 Ultra will be powered by the Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset. The Ultra model, which scored around 160K+ in the AnTuTu test, seems to be more powerful than the Vivo T3 Pro with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. Considering that the Pro model has a starting price of Rs 24,999, the Ultra variant is expected to come with a price tag of around Rs 30,000.
Vivo T3 Ultra Comes with IP68 Certified and High Brightness AMOLED Display
The report also states that the T3 Ultra will be equipped with an IP68-certified body and a curved AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution. The peak brightness of the screen will be 4500 nits. On the back of the device, there will be a Sony IMX921 main camera with OIS support.
It has also been reported that a device with the model number V2426 has appeared on Geekbench, confirming that the device has the D9200+ chipset. According to the test result, the device has 12 GB of RAM and Android 14 operating system.
Interestingly, these features are also available on the Vivo V40 Pro model. However, it is thought that the T3 Ultra may not have the Zeiss optics found on the photography-focused V40 Pro.
According to the report, the Vivo T3 Ultra is expected to be unveiled in early September. However, considering that the month has already started, it seems more likely that the device will be unveiled a week or so before its official launch.
