Red Magic has announced the Red Magic Gaming Tablet Pro, a new gaming tablet that has expanded its tablet series. The device was released in two different variants with different features. As the name suggests, these tablets are designed for gaming-focused use. The most striking feature of the device is its transparent back panel design, a first in its segment. This design adds a science fiction aesthetic to the tablet.

On the left side of the rear panel, there is a transparent strip that houses a camera sensor and LED flash unit at the top. In the background, you can see the circuit board design and texts that name components such as the processor and cooling system. These texts have a color-changing lighting. In addition, the tablet has a CNC aluminum mid-frame and a metal back cover.

In terms of display, the Red Magic Gaming Tablet Pro comes with a 10.9-inch display with a 2.8K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. This aims to provide users with a clear and impressive visual experience. Meanwhile, the 3D Explorer Edition comes with a 12.1-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate and offers the ability to switch between 2D and 3D modes.

On the hardware side, the Red Magic Gaming Tablet Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version processor, while the 3D Explorer Edition is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The devices support up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. In addition, the tablet features a 3D internal circulation air duct, a 3D heat pipe, and a large under-screen heat dissipation alloy. The tablet’s 1010 0mAh battery supports 120W fast charging, while this value is limited to 66W in the 3D Explorer Edition. In addition, this model also offers 5G support.

Despite being focused on gaming, the Gaming Tablet Pro is equipped with a 50 MP rear camera and a 20 MP front camera. The 3D Explorer Edition has a 13 MP dual rear camera and an 8 MP dual front camera. In terms of sound, the devices are supported by 4-channel speakers.
