Vodafone Türkiye announced its financial results regarding the third quarter of the 2024-25 financial year. In this process covering the October-December 2024 period, the company’s service revenues were 26.7 billion TL. When the UMS 29 was free of effect, these revenues corresponded to TL 23.8 billion. Despite the tough economic conditions in the telecommunications sector, the company maintained its stability and continued to expand at the user base. Vodafone Turkey’s subscribers continued to rise in mobile communication services. The total number of mobile subscribers of the company reached 30.4 million when users between machinery communication (M2M) were included. The ratio of postpaid users in the mobile subscriber pool increased to 81.5 percent and reached 20.5 million. On the other hand, the number of subscribers on the fixed broadband side was recorded as 1.4 million. Vodafone Türkiye, which expands its customer portfolio in both mobile and fixed services, aims to increase the quality of service thanks to infrastructure investments.
Important growth in the digital customer base

The number of active customers receiving services through digital channels such as Vodafone and online self -service reached 18 million on a monthly basis. The total interactions on these digital platforms increased to 330 million per month. Increased digital use stands out as an important factor that strengthens customer satisfaction. There were significant developments in the data consumption side. As of the third quarter, the use of mobile data rose to 1,213 Petabyte in total. Vodafone Turkey’s digital finance solution Vodafone Pay has increased the number of users to 8.8 million and contributed to the company’s growth strategy in this field. The company’s personal digital assistant Tobi reached 9 million unique users per month, while chat interactions exceeded 30 million per month.
Engin Aksoy, CEO of Vodafone Türkiye, emphasized that they have spent a strong quarter in parallel with their strategic goals while evaluating the company’s performance. Aksoy stated that Turkey’s investments aimed at supporting digital transformation yielded results and that they have taken important steps in terms of developing service diversity and customer experience.
