Türk Telekom is increasing internet tariffs in July

Türk Telekom, one of Turkey's leading communication and internet service providers, made an important announcement that affected its customers. According to the Sözcü news, in the statement made by the institution, it was stated that there will be an average 15 percent increase in the prices of internet packages as of July 1, 2024.

This increase was planned to cover various services of Türk Telekom. On the other hand, the price of the unlimited package offering speeds up to 1000 Mbps, offered to users who demand high speed in the market, will be increased from 1500 TL to 1720 TL.

Similar increases will be observed in additional services. The line freezing transaction fee will be increased from 300 TL to 360 TL, and the line closure fee will be increased from 179 TL to 225 TL. In addition, the fee determined for the transfer process will be increased from 209 TL to 249 TL, and for the transfer process from 450 TL to 540 TL.

In its statement, Türk Telekom stated that customers whose commitment period continues will not be affected by this increase. Customers who do not have a commitment will be able to continue receiving service by participating in campaigns without being affected by the increase.
