TP-Link introduced the Wi-Fi 7-supported portable router

TP-Link, Wi-Fi 7-supported first portable router Be3600 model in the United States for sale. Offering up to 90 devices connection, VPN support and 3.6 GBPS bandwidth, the device took its place on the shelves at a discount price of $ 109.99.

The be3600 (TL-WR3602BE) model number is offered with this router, especially during the trip to many devices in the need to connect to the internet is targeting users. Offering a total of up to 3.6 GBPS, the device is equipped with innovations such as 4K-QAM, Ofdma and Multi-Link Operation offered by Wi-Fi 7 technology. The device, which can use both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, offers a structure covering multiple devices with a single connection. In this way, instead of connecting each device separately in environments such as hotels or airports, you can only connect over the router. Thanks to the TP-Link’s mobile application or web interface, access screens can be accessed only once and accessing all devices.

The technical equipment of the product has two external antennaes and these antennas can be used to expand the signal area. The router, which receives power over the USB-C, can be operated with a 5V/3A supported adapter or an external power bank. In addition, there is a USB-A 3.0 input, which can be connected to external storage units via this entry and can be shared on the network. The device also features a 2.5 GBPS WAN and LAN port at 1 GBPS. The router comes with a customizable physical button to facilitate VPN connections.

The Be3600, which uses the low delay and high capacity features offered by Wi-Fi 7 technology, adapts to multiple user scenarios with its simultaneous connection support to 90 devices. Especially in family travels, it makes it easier for many devices such as tablets, telephones and laptops to access the internet at the same time. In addition, the public Wi-Fi networks are compatible with OpenVPN and WireGuard protocols to increase privacy. Thanks to these protocols, popular VPN services such as NordVPN and Surfshark can be used directly through the device. According to TP-Link’s statement, the router is more than 35 of these services.

TP-Link’s new router is not offered for sale in Türkiye

According to the official announcement by TP-Link, the Be3600 model is currently on sale abroad. Although the recommended sales price in the US has been determined as $ 139.99, it can be purchased at a discount price of $ 109.99 to the end of August through Amazon. There is no information about official sales in Türkiye and no explanation has been made as to when the product will be offered to the Turkish market. Despite this, it is stated that the devices brought from abroad can be used in Türkiye. However, in this case, issues such as warranty scope and technical support should be evaluated separately by the user. The product offers easy portability with a weight of about 140 grams and compact structure.

The product does not have a built -in battery; Therefore, a continuous power connection is required. This requirement can be met both by mobile adapter and through Powerbank. The Be3600 offers a functional solution not only wireless, but also for wired connections with its physical connection options. The presence of the USB-A 3.0 port for advanced network operations such as access to external storage units is remarkable. In addition, the customizable physical key on the device can be used to quickly turn on and off the VPN connection or to assign a different function.

Another prominent feature of the TP-Link Be3600 is that it provides simultaneous connection support to 90 devices. This value increases the productivity of the router, especially in scenarios such as meeting rooms, small office environments or crowded family holidays.
