The screen size will not change much in OnePlus 13, the design will be renewed

There is still a long time to meet OnePlus 13. However, this does not prevent rumors about the smartphone from circulating around. The newest leak about OnePlus 13 reveals different details about the phone.

According to the post on Weibo by the famous newsmaker Digital Chat Station, the smartphone will come with a 6.8-inch 2K resolution “micro-curved” LPTO screen. The claim that the micro-curved screen will offer 2K resolution has been on the agenda before. However, on this screen, information that the LPTO panel is preferred is given for the first time.

OnePlus 12 has a 6.82 inch screen. Therefore, it should be noted that the choice of 6.8 inch screen does not make a big difference. However, it can be said that this will upset those who expect a smaller screen and design. While the choice of LPTO for variable refresh rate is no surprise, OnePlus' choice is pleasing.

At the heart of the smartphone is expected to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor. It is said that the design of the phone, which is stated to have a periscope camera, will also be renewed. OnePlus 12 was introduced with visually similar features to OnePlus 11.

OnePlus 13 will not bring major hardware innovations

According to another previous leak, OnePlus 13 will welcome users with a 5400 mAh battery with 100W wired charging support. On the camera side, the same things are expected to be offered with OnePlus 12. In short, it seems that there will be no major changes in hardware in OnePlus 13. The phone is expected to be introduced in China in late 2024.
