Processor details of Samsung’s new tablets revealed

Samsung has a busy schedule with many smartphones and tablets released throughout the year. Although there are many people focusing on the company’s upcoming Galaxy S25 series, Samsung’s work on new tablet models continues unabated. Details emerging about the Galaxy Tab Active 5 Pro, Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ models show that these devices will have powerful features.

Galaxy Tab Active 5 Pro, the new member of Samsung’s durable device series, will come with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor. Developed after the Tab Active 5 model, which was released along with the Galaxy XCover 7 in January 2024, this new tablet will be offered in both Wi-Fi and 5G supported variants.

The Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor was first introduced in August 2024 and stood out as a chipset optimized for durable devices. The fact that Tab Active 5 Pro uses this processor shows that the device will be similar to the XCover 7 Pro in terms of performance. There is a possibility that Samsung will introduce both “Pro” models at the same event.

Other models developed by Samsung include Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE +. Code information obtained from reliable sources reveals that these models will have both Wi-Fi and 5G variants. Both devices will be equipped with the Exynos 1580 processor, introduced in October 2024.

Samsung introduced the Galaxy Tab S9 FE model in October last year. However, it seems that the company is not adhering to the annual renewal cycle for the Tab S10 FE series. It is a matter of curiosity what changes will be made in this series. The larger-screen Tab S10 FE+ model will likely appeal to professionals and multimedia consumers.

Samsung focuses on both durability and performance

These new models of Samsung in the tablet segment show that the company continues its claim in both durable devices and performance-oriented models. Standing out with its durable structure, Tab Active 5 Pro will offer an attractive option especially for users working in harsh conditions. On the other hand, the Tab S10 FE series is shaping up to appeal to both individual and professional users.

Although it is not yet clear when Samsung will launch these models, the short periods between the launch dates indicate that the devices may meet technology lovers soon. The fact that new models offer competitive features may be an important step in meeting users’ expectations in the tablet market.
