Poco introduced its new smartphone series X7 and X7 Pro models after leaks that have been going on for a while. These two devices appeal to technology lovers, especially with their camera capabilities and price-performance balance. Although the design of the Poco X7 and X7 Pro is similar to the Redmi models in China, they have some differences in areas such as processor and battery features. Poco targets especially middle segment users with these models.

Poco X7 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 processor and promises high performance in games and processing-intensive applications. It stands out with its 6.67-inch AMOLED screen, 120 Hz refresh rate and 3,200 nits peak brightness. While this screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2, it aims to meet users’ expectations for both durability and image quality.
The rear camera includes a 50 MP resolution main camera with Sony’s IMX882 sensor. This camera is complemented by an 8 MP ultra wide-angle camera. On the front, there is a selfie camera with 20 MP resolution. Poco X7 Pro’s 6,000 mAh battery can be fully charged in just 42 minutes, thanks to 90W fast charging support.

The Poco X7 model comes with more modest hardware compared to the Pro. The Dimensity 7300 processor offers sufficient performance for daily use and light games. The AMOLED screen and 120 Hz refresh rate strengthen the user experience, similar to the Pro model. However, in this model, the screen protection has decreased slightly with Gorilla Glass 7i.
When it comes to camera, X7 is one step ahead. The triple camera setup provides diversity with a 50 MP main camera, 8 MP ultra wide-angle camera and 2 MP macro camera. The battery capacity has been reduced to 5,110 mAh and 45W fast charging support is offered. On the other hand, it is noteworthy that in terms of battery life, up to 1,600 cycles are promised.
Both devices are resistant to water and dust thanks to IP68 certification. Features such as NFC, IR blaster and under-screen fingerprint reader are available on both X7 and X7 Pro. On the operating system side, the X7 Pro comes with Android 15-based HyperOS 2, while the X7 model includes the first version of HyperOS. This creates a difference in the variety of artificial intelligence-supported features.
Both models offer a wide range of color options to their users. While the X7 Pro comes in Green, Black and Yellow (vegan leather) options; The X7 model will be available in Silver, Black and Yellow colors. Prices start from $249 and go up to $449 in higher configurations.
Meanwhile, the Poco X7 series also attracts attention with a special version: Iron Man Edition. This version makes a difference with its design aimed especially at Marvel fans. While there is a 3D Avengers logo on the back panel of the phone, the box contents are also prepared in accordance with the theme. Iron Man Editionis only available with 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage options. However, it is not yet clear in which countries this special model will go on sale. This version, which is expected to be limited production, may be an attractive option for those looking for a device with collectible value.
