Poco’s new F7 series will meet users with three different models: Poco F7, F7 Pro and F7 Ultra. It is reported that the series offers technically remarkable features, especially with the F7 model. Snapdragon 8s Elite processor and 7000 mAh battery capacity are among the prominent details of the device.
According to industry sources, the Poco F7 model will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Elite processor, which has not been introduced yet. It is stated that this processor, which is stated to be a low-frequency version of Snapdragon 8 Elite, is above Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 in terms of performance, but below Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. While the official launch of the processor is expected to take place in early 2025, it is estimated that Poco F7 will be one of the first models to use this chipset. The launch date of the device is estimated to be April 2025.
Among the technical features of Poco F7, a battery with a capacity of 7,000 mAh stands out. It is stated that this battery, which is expected to provide long-term use, can be charged in a short time with 90W fast charging support. It is also stated that the screen of the device will consist of an LTPS AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution and will provide a fluent visual experience with a high refresh rate.
In terms of camera features, it is expected that there will be a main camera with a resolution of 50 megapixels on the back of the device. Storage options of Poco F7 will vary up to 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage capacity.
It is estimated that Poco F7 will be offered to the international market as a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 4 model, which is expected to be introduced in the Chinese market. It is stated that the Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra models will be based on the Redmi K80 and Redmi K80 Pro models, respectively.
Poco F7 has received BIS certification in India with model number 2412DPC0AI. This indicates that the device is preparing to be launched in India. It was also reported that the device was also included in the GSMA database and Singapore’s IMDA listings. According to these lists, the device will support connection features such as 5G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and NFC. This information confirms that the device will also be offered for sale in the global market.
