The Oppo F27 Pro+ was introduced last June and attracted attention with its IP69K and MIL-STD-810H durability certifications. The Oppo F27 5G, a slightly less durable and more affordable version of the smartphone, has also become official.
The F27 5G comes with an IP64 certification, which means the smartphone is dust-resistant, but its water resistance is very basic. The 6.67-inch Full HD+ resolution 120Hz OLED display can be used with wet fingers, and the maximum brightness level is 2,100 nits.
The F27 5G comes with an “Armor Body” featuring a high-strength alloy frame and tempered glass. Weighing 187 grams, the phone is 7.69 mm thick in green and 7.76 mm in orange.
Although the F27 5G is not a camera-focused phone, it does come with a ring light surrounding the circular camera module. This module houses a 50-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a standard LED flash. On the front, a 32-megapixel camera awaits users.
Although Oppo did not provide information about the processor of the phone, it was seen through previous news that the processor is Dimensity 6300. This processor is accompanied by 8 GB of RAM, while storage options are listed as 128 and 256 GB. The smartphone comes out of the box with Android 14 and ColorOS installed.
The Oppo F27 5G is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The company points out that this battery will retain its capacity at 80 percent after four years. With 45W SuperVOCC charging support, it is possible to charge the battery to 71 percent in 100 minutes.
How much should I pay for the Oppo F27 5G?
The Oppo F27 5G is available in India, with the 128GB version priced at Rs 23,000 and the 256GB version priced at Rs 25,000.
