OnePlus announced that it will introduce new models of the Ace series, developed specifically for the Chinese market, in December. The Ace 5 series will be available to users with two different models: OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro. This launch, confirmed by the company’s official statement, is awaited with great interest in the smartphone world. Although the details of the series have not yet been fully disclosed, various leaks and speculations give important clues about the features of the new models.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, which draws attention in the promotional images, stands out as a powerful chipset that is thought to be used especially in the Ace 5 Pro model. However, OnePlus has not yet officially confirmed which model this processor will be included in. In addition, some important details about the technical features and design of the devices have already started to be talked about among technology enthusiasts.

The standard OnePlus Ace 5 model is expected to come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. In addition to this performance-oriented processor, it is stated that the device will be equipped with a 6.78-inch screen with 1.5K resolution and LTPO technology. This screen stands out especially with its smooth transitions and lower power consumption. On the memory side, it is expected to have 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage capacity.

The camera system also seems to be quite powerful. In addition to the main camera with 50 MP resolution, a triple camera setup with 8 MP ultra wide angle and 2 MP depth sensor is expected. On the battery side, it is estimated that a capacity between 6000 mAh and 6500 mAh and 100W fast charging support will be offered. This shows that the device can be a very suitable option for long-term use.

OnePlus Ace 5 Pro will come with Snapdragon 8 Elite

When we look at the Ace 5 Pro model, we encounter higher-level features. This model, which is likely to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, will also come with an ultra-thin frame screen design. It is stated that the 1.5K BOE X2 LTPO panel is a very assertive option in terms of both image quality and energy efficiency. The camera setup will include a 50 MP main sensor, but periscope lens support will not be offered. This means compromising long-range zoom capabilities.

It is stated that the battery capacity will be between 6200 mAh and 6300 mAh and will please users with 100W fast charging support. In terms of design, it is among the leaked information that the device will come with a metal frame and a box-shaped structure with chamfered corners.
