Nokia XR21 is back on the scene under the name HMD XR21

HMD quietly unveiled the XR21 model, the first 5G phone with a durable case bearing its own brand. It is natural that this name sounds quite familiar. Because the same phone was introduced in May last year under the name Nokia XR21.

HMD's XR21 also has the same design and features as Nokia's XR21. The only difference between the two phones is that the HMD logo replaces the Nokia logo. XR21 has a 6.49-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD + resolution with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

The smartphone has MIL-STD-810H military and IP69K durability certificates. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor is accompanied by 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. The 64-megapixel main rear camera is complemented by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. The phone provides the energy it needs with a 4800 mAh battery with 33W charging support.

XR21 comes out of the box with Android 13 installed. The phone is promised two years of operating system updates and three years of security updates.

How much should you pay for HMD XR21?

Only a color option called Midnight Black is offered for HMD XR21. The price tag of the smartphone says 600 euros. Interestingly, the Nokia XR21 model is also sold for 400 euros in order to clear stocks.
