New leak sheds light on Google Pixel Watch 3 specifications

The Google Pixel Watch 3 smartwatch will be introduced alongside the Pixel 9 series smartphones on August 13. Rumors and leaks about the smartwatch have been floating around for a while, and new ones are being added shortly before the introduction. The latest leak provides another look at the technical specifications of the Pixel Watch 3.

The Pixel Watch 3, like its predecessor the Pixel Watch 2, will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 5100 processor. Here, the Cortex-M33 core will again serve as a supporting processor. 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of eMMC storage are also among the watch’s features.

In the 41 mm version, the battery capacity appears to increase by only 1 mAh compared to the Pixel Watch 2. The battery capacity, which was 306 mAh, becomes 307 mAh. Let’s say that this is a change that will not be noticeable to users.

The 45mm Pixel Watch 3 will get its energy from a 420 mAh battery. The screen, which has a refresh rate of 60 Hz, doubles its predecessor in this regard. It is also worth noting that this rate is not fixed and can be adjusted between 1 and 60 Hz.

Google Pixel Watch 3 to come with 2000 nit display

The screen brightness will vary between 1 and 2000 nits. Let’s underline that this is valid for both the 41 mm and 45 mm versions. It would not be a surprise to hear more details about the Pixel Watch 3 soon before the August 13th launch.
