A new touch to the foldable phone Open from OnePlus: Apex Edition announced

OnePlus Open has revealed the Apex Edition of its foldable phone, which comes in a color called “Red Shadow” and a faux leather-covered back panel.

In addition to this special color, the Apex Edition also includes 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The modified notification tray gets a textured surface and orange detail touches.

The renewed notification slider now includes a feature called VIP Mode. Users can activate this mode by sliding the slider to the highest level and completely hide it by disabling the camera, microphone, and location information. OnePlus also emphasizes that this provides “chip-level encryption and privacy.”

How much will you have to pay for the OnePlus Open Apex Edition?

This special edition of the OnePlus Open will be sold for $1,900 in the US, with European pricing to be announced on August 27.
