Samsung’s 2024 foldable phone announcements don’t seem to end with the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6. The company is known to be working on another model codenamed “Q6A.” New details have been leaked about the camera and release date of the phone, which is expected to be released under the name Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim.
According to this leak, the Z Fold 6 Slim, model number SM-F958N, will have a 10-megapixel resolution camera on the cover screen. While the main camera and telephoto camera features are unknown, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera is also among those shown by the leak.
The Z Fold 6 Slim is claimed to have the best under-screen camera yet. Samsung, which placed a 4-megapixel under-screen camera on the Z Fold 6, is said to prefer a 5-megapixel under-screen camera on the Z Fold 6 Slim. At this point, it is worth noting that the under-screen camera will be placed under the foldable screen.
Thus, it is expected that photos taken with the screen on will improve. However, it is not necessary to have great expectations about this improvement. It is useful to remember that the megapixel increase is only 1 megapixel.
According to previous leaks, the Z Fold 6 Slim will be 10mm thick when folded. The phone will come with a 6.5-inch cover display and an 8-inch main display. It is said that the Z Fold 6 Slim could be Samsung’s first foldable phone to use a titanium chassis.
Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim to be official in September
Allegedly; Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim will be revealed and offered for sale in Samsung’s homeland South Korea on September 25. It is said that the foldable phone will be sold for 2.8 million won (71176 TL).
