iPhone 16e users complain about Bluetooth sound cuts

Apple’s new iPhone 16e model, which releases, continues to receive positive and negative feedback from its users. Although the device attracts attention with its powerful technical specifications and renewed design, it is on the agenda with a common Bluetooth sound problem in recent days. Especially those who use wireless headphones and speakers say that they often have frequent deductions in the Bluetooth sound connection. This problem, which occurs in the form of sudden stop and starts again, negatively affects the user experience. While similar problems have not been reported on previous iPhone models, the owners of 16 believe that this is specifically specific to the new model.

Looking at the posts shared on Macrumors, Apple Support Group, Reddit and X, this problem is too common to ignore. Users say that the same Bluetooth work smoothly with other iPhone models, but they have ruptures in the connection with 16E. For example, a user says that he switches from iPhone 13 to 16E to 16E and that there are constant hanging in the Bluetooth sound connection. Similarly, another user says that the iPhone 16E, which he bought two days ago, causes continuous interruptions on his wireless headphones. Some of these complaints argue that the device has become even more pronounced when the device is connected to multiple Bluetooth accessories at the same time.

Apple is expected to provide an official explanation to the problem

Although there is no precise information about the source of the problem, it is thought to be caused by a software error. Apple has not yet made an official statement on the subject and it is not known whether the company has been working on a correction. Some users say they have changed their devices by going to Apple stores, but the same problem continues on their new devices. All this strengthens the possibility that the problem is a software error rather than hardware. Apple is expected to provide a solution to this problem with an iOS update in the coming days.

While a correction update has not yet been received from the Apple front, users are trying to find temporary solutions. Methods such as closing and reopening Bluetooth, making the problem forget the device and re -match the device or resetting network settings can provide a temporary solution for some users. However, these methods are not effective for everyone. Therefore, there is no definite solution other than waiting for Apple to offer a software correction.

The iPhone 16e stands out with its strong technical features. The A18 chip comes with the 48 megapixel camera, the 6.1-inch OLED display, the USB-C port and the first 5G modem designed by Apple. The basic model with 128 GB storage space is sold with a price tag of $ 599. Despite all this, problems such as Bluetooth sound outages can overshadow the user experience.

As a result, an emergency solution is waiting for Apple for this problem in Bluetooth sound connections. With a software update of the company, it will be clarified in the coming days.
