Huawei Watch GT 5 is among the products expected to be introduced soon. Thanks to new certificates leaked to the internet, it is already possible to get an idea about the features of the smartwatch. Although not all the features are known yet, the certificates show some basic features.
One of the sources where the Huawei Watch GT 5 was spotted was the database of Indonesia’s certification body SDPPI, where the smartwatch is shown to have the model number “VLI-B19” and has an IP68 certification for resistance to water and dust.
The fact that the model number VLI-B29 is also included in the certificates, in addition to VLI-B19, signals that the Huawei Watch GT 5 will be available to users with two different case size options. It seems likely that the Watch GT 5 will come in 41 and 46 mm options, like its predecessor GT4. Although the name of the GT 5 Pro model is also mentioned in the rumors, it is worth noting that there is no confirmation on this issue yet. 18W charging support is also seen among the features of the smartwatch.
When will the Huawei Watch GT 5 be introduced?
It is not possible to say anything definitive about when Huawei will introduce the Watch GT 5. The company recently postponed the introduction of the Nova 13 series and instead introduced the Nova Flip model. In addition, it is said that the Mate 70 series will be introduced at a later date than planned. Therefore, it is difficult to say anything definitive about the Watch GT 5 introduction at the moment.
