HP aims to transform work experience with artificial intelligence and personalization

The 2024 Work Relations Index (WRI), conducted by HP with 16 thousand knowledge workers in 12 countries, reveals the change created by technological tools and artificial intelligence in business relations in the business world. According to the research, only 28 percent of employees find their work relationships healthy and satisfying; This rate indicates an improvement of only one point compared to last year. On the other hand, the study emphasizes that employees equipped with artificial intelligence-supported solutions have more productive work experiences, respond to employers’ demands for efficiency, and employees achieve meaningful work desires. It is stated that the employee-focused personalized work experiences offered by HP bring these demands together.

Another noteworthy point in the study is that the use of artificial intelligence among knowledge workers is rapidly increasing. The artificial intelligence usage rate, which was 38 percent last year, has increased to 66 percent this year. Employees who use artificial intelligence feel 11 points more engaged in their jobs than those who do not use this technology. HP’s data shows how having technological solutions in the workplace affects employees’ job satisfaction and accordingly increases the demand for personalized experiences. While more than two-thirds of employees expect their work experience to be tailored to them, 87 percent state that they would waive some of their salaries to meet these demands.

According to HP’s research, 67 percent of employees need business solutions tailored to them. While 72 percent of knowledge workers demand tools suitable for their duties and responsibilities, 70 percent express their expectations regarding work flexibility. Additionally, 73 percent think that artificial intelligence facilitates business processes. A prominent expectation is that business processes will become more efficient thanks to artificial intelligence-supported technologies, especially for those who attach importance to remote or hybrid working. According to HP Türkiye General Manager Serdar Urçar, today’s employees no longer only expect salary; They are looking for workplaces that offer opportunities that support job satisfaction, flexibility and career development.

HP EliteBook Ultra AI PC, one of HP’s new generation products, demonstrates the importance the company attaches to business solutions supported by artificial intelligence. It is stated that this device, which offers strong performance especially in functions such as document analysis, meeting transcription and content creation, aims to increase speed and accuracy in business processes. This computer, with 55 TOPS NPU performance, improves the work experience by offering practical and high-speed solutions to employees. In addition, NoiseBlock technology in HP’s video conferencing systems also supports collaboration by improving the sound quality in meetings. These innovations provide an efficient workspace, especially for teams to work harmoniously wherever they are.
