If a “No Signal” or encrypted channel warning appears on the ATV broadcast, the current satellite frequencies of the channel should be checked first. In satellite TV broadcasts, old channel recording, wrong source selection or weak antenna signal can cause similar warnings.
ATV’s current HD broadcast on Türksat uses 12.207 MHz horizontal polarization, 27.500 symbol rate, 3/4 FEC and DVB-S2 8PSK values. Menu names may vary depending on the television or satellite receiver.
On TKGS supported devices, the channel list is often updated automatically. If no update has been made, Türksat automatic scanning frequencies can be used in the channel search section or the ATV value can be entered manually.
If the problem is seen on all channels, you should not focus only on the ATV setting. The proper fit of the satellite cable to the SAT IN port, LNB connection and dish direction should be checked. Rain and physical damage can also reduce the signal level.
Re-scan only if ATV does not turn on
If other satellite channels are working but ATV is not opening, deleting the old channel record and rescanning with the current frequency is usually the first step. You should also make sure that the broadcast source of the television is selected as “Satellite”.
Encrypted channel warning may be caused by temporary restriction due to broadcast rights. In the online viewing option, connection speed and application status are separate factors. In addition, official ATV announcements should be the most up-to-date reference point for frequency changes.
