Apple to Release M4-Powered Mac Mini Before the End of the Year

Apple plans to release a Mac mini with an M4 processor before the end of this year. According to Bloomberg, this new device will be available to users in October. The new Mac mini is expected to be close to the Apple TV 4K in size.

The Apple TV 4K measures 3.1 x 9.3 cm, while the current M2 Mac mini measures 3.6 x 19.7 cm. The new Mac mini is expected to have an aluminum chassis like its predecessor and come with two different processor options, one M4 and the other M4 Pro.

The new Mac mini is expected to have three USB-C ports, in addition to an HDMI port and a power cable port.

Apple to Bring M4 Processor to Products Other Than Mac Mini

Apple is also expected to refresh its current iMac and MacBook Pro models with the M4 processor this year. The Mac Pro, Mac Studio and MacBook Air models will get the M4 in 2025.
