As Oppo continues to expand its A6 series, it has officially announced the Oppo A6s Pro model in China. Unlike the model previously seen in the international market, the Chinese version includes some changes both on the hardware side and in design details. Particularly the renewed appearance of the camera island and the differentiation of the processor used are among the striking aspects of this model.
There is a 6.57 inch AMOLED screen on the front of the device. Offering Full HD + resolution, this panel aims for a smooth usage experience with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The model, which comes with a fingerprint reader integrated into the screen, has a front camera with 16 megapixel resolution. This structure offers a balanced solution in terms of both security and imaging in daily use.
On the hardware side, Oppo A6s Pro is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 6360 Max processor. The chipset in question is technically a renamed version of the Dimensity 6300. Despite this, the device is configured to appeal to a wide range of users with up to 12 GB LPDDR4X RAM and 512 GB UFS 2.2 storage options. This combination provides an adequate experience, especially in terms of multitasking performance and daily application use.
Oppo A6s Pro camera and battery features
On the back, there is a main camera with a resolution of 50 megapixels. This sensor, with an f/1.8 aperture, offers a 27 mm equivalent focal length. The accompanying 2 megapixel monochrome sensor is supported by a 22 mm equivalent lens. Although the camera setup looks simple on paper, it offers a structure to meet basic photography needs.
In addition, the device is water and dust resistant with IP69K certification. This level of protection makes the use of the device safer, especially in harsh environmental conditions. On the software side, there is an Android 16-based ColorOS 16 interface and an updated software experience is offered.
Battery capacity stands out as one of the highlights of Oppo A6s Pro. While the 7000 mAh battery aims for a long usage time, it offers the opportunity to be charged in a short time thanks to 80W fast charging support. This combination reveals an approach to reduce users’ charging anxiety in heavy usage scenarios.
On the pricing side, the starting model of the device is offered for sale at 2,199 yuan (14,440 TL) with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. The top configuration, 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage option, carries a price tag of 2,999 yuan (19,693 TL). The model is available for pre-order on Oppo’s official online store in China, and deliveries are planned to start on April 17.
