Xiaomi has so far only released its foldable phones in China. However, the company may change this approach with its first clamshell foldable phone. According to a new leak, this phone called Xiaomi Mix Flip will be available globally.
It is certain that Mix Flip will be introduced before the end of this year. Although it has not yet been announced that this phone will be available for sale on a global scale, an official document signals this.
The model number of the global version of Mix Flip was seen in GSMA's IMEI database. The letter “G” at the end of the model number “2405CPX3DG” means “global”. This shows that the phone will also be sold outside China. The company also adds the letter “C” to the end of the model number of its phones sold in China.
At the heart of the foldable phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. 50 megapixel main camera, 60 megapixel 2x telephoto camera and 12 megapixel ultra wide angle camera are also among the phone's features.
