Xiaomi is preparing a tablet with Snapdragon 8 Elite processor

Snapdragon 8 Elite, one of Qualcomm’s most powerful mobile processors, is often included in flagship smartphones. However, the use of this powerful processor in the Android tablet market is quite rare. According to a new leak, Xiaomi is working on a tablet with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and it is claimed that this device will be released this year.

The source sharing the leak claims that the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The high cost of this processor indicates that the other hardware features of the tablet will also be high-end. Although details about the device are limited yet, some expectations have already begun to take shape.

A device using Snapdragon 8 Elite is expected to have features such as a high-resolution screen, at least 8 GB RAM (even 12 GB or 16 GB RAM options), and a battery over 10000 mAh. These features can provide a great advantage for the device to satisfy users in terms of both performance and battery life.

Xiaomi is taking ambitious steps to increase competition in the tablet market. In order to compete with strong competitors, especially Apple’s iPad Pro and Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S series, this new tablet from Xiaomi is expected to be equipped with high-end features in terms of hardware and software. With Xiaomi’s own developed HyperOS operating system, it is aimed to enrich the software experience of the device and provide a user-friendly interface.

Xiaomi may follow a competitive pricing policy for its tablet with Snapdragon 8 Elite processor

The price and exact release date of the tablet remain uncertain. However, it is known that Xiaomi generally follows competitive pricing policies. Therefore, it seems likely that the new tablet will be released with a similar strategy.
