Xiaomi 15 Ultra’s camera features were announced with new visuals

Xiaomi is preparing to officially introduce the new flagship Xiaomi 15 Ultra. Before the launch in China on February 27, the company announced the camera features of the device and shared the design of the new model via social media. Xiaomi 15 Ultra will come with three different color options in parallel with previously leaked information. However, the mainly attracted detail was the advanced camera features. In particular, 200 MP Telephoto Lens and new optical coating technologies show that the device offers significant innovations in mobile photography.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will have a 200 MP resolution telephoto lens equipped with the Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor. This 1/1.4 -inch sensor is able to offer high quality optical zoom up to 200 mm and 400 mm focus. This makes it possible to shoot long -range shots, especially without loss of detail.

One of the biggest problems of telephoto lenses with large focal lengths was reflection and loss of light, while Xiaomi developed a new 24 -layer ultra -reflective glass coating to solve this problem. This special glass coating increases light transmission by lowering the reflection to only 1.5 percent. In this way, both daylight and low light conditions, more clear and non -flammable shots can be achieved.

However, this glass coating is placed on the entire camera module, not just the telephoto lens. In this way, more light sensor, especially in low -light environments, and the quality of attraction is significantly increasing. In addition, according to the information provided by Xiaomi, this special coating provides 82 percent more resistance to scratches. This means that users can take high quality photos without any deterioration on the lens for a long time.

Xiaomi continues to use 1 inch sensor with 15 ultra

Xiaomi 15 Ultra’s main camera continues to use a large 1 -inch sensors. This sensor size is a tradition that Xiaomi previously initiated in the 12S ultra model, and then the Xiaomi 13 ultra model was continued. This large sensor, especially in low light, captures more details, improves image quality. Xiaomi is expected to further improve low light performance, maintaining this large sensor size.

Xiaomi’s new flagship will be officially introduced in China on February 27th. However, users will have to wait a little longer to sell the device in the global market. Xiaomi 15 Ultra’s global launch will take place on March 2 at the MWC Barcelona 2024 event. In this event, Xiaomi will also share detailed information about the international pricing and sales plans of the device.
