Vivo X300 and X300 Pro introduced: Dimensity 9500 processor and advanced camera systems together

Vivo unveiled the X300 series with its launch in China. This new series managed to attract the attention of users both on the hardware and design side. In the series consisting of two different models, X300 and X300 Pro, MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset was preferred. This processor, introduced in the first half of 2025, stands out with its image processing power as well as energy efficiency.

X300 Pro is positioned as the model of the series that offers high-end features. It appeals to mobile photography enthusiasts with its advanced camera system. The triple camera setup, developed in collaboration with Zeiss, promises high-detail photos. A 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 sensor with a size of 1/1.28 inches and an aperture of f/1.57 is used as the main camera. In addition, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 200-megapixel telephoto lens produced by Samsung are included in the system. On the front camera side, the Samsung JN1 sensor was again preferred.

Vivo X300 Pro aims to offer a near-professional mobile photography experience

In addition to all these camera capabilities, the processing power of the device is also remarkable. The MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor is accompanied by Vivo’s own developed V3 + image processor. Thanks to this combination, loss of clarity is minimized even in low light. Up to 16 GB RAM and up to 512 GB storage options also increase the multitasking performance of the device. Although the technical features are strong, it seems that Vivo has done a successful job in energy management. 6,510 mAh battery capacity and 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support are the concrete examples of this.

X300 Pro

The screen of the device is 6.78 inches and offers a fluid and energy efficient structure thanks to LTPO technology. When combined with 120 Hz refresh rate, HDR10 + and Dolby Vision support, the visual experience is taken to a satisfactory level. Security and speed are offered together thanks to the ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint reader. In terms of design, elegance and durability are aimed at the same time. X300 Pro comes with a case that is 7.99 mm thick and weighs 226 grams. IP68 and IP69 certifications also protect the device against water and dust.

X300 Pro

The X300 Pro model will be on the shelves with four different color options: black, brown, blue and white. On the software side, the device, which comes with the Android 16-based OriginOS 6 operating system, aims to keep the user experience up to date. Connection options include Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 6, USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port and dual stereo speakers. The combination of all these features makes the device attractive for upper segment Android users. However, it remains unclear at the moment whether Vivo will keep this device limited to the Chinese market only. However, it is predicted that it will also attract attention in international markets.

Vivo X300, the second model of the series, presents itself to users with its more compact structure. The screen size is kept at 6.31 inches and LTPO panel technology is used. Just like the Pro model, the 120 Hz refresh rate is preserved in this model. The processor is Dimensity 9500 again and the RAM capacity is up to 16 GB. On the storage side, there are options up to 1 TB. Although the screen size has been reduced, there is no serious restriction on performance.

X300

Similarly strong preferences are evident in the camera system. The Samsung HPB sensor with a resolution of 200 megapixels acts as the main camera on the back of the device. In addition, the triple setup is completed with Sony LYT-602 APO telephoto camera and Samsung JN1 ultra wide angle sensor. The front camera also has a Samsung JN1 sensor. The similarity of the camera setup shows that photo performance is not compromised in the compact model. All these features prove that the phone is balanced not only with its design but also with its hardware.

Vivo X300 comes with a 6,040 mAh battery capacity and again offers 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support. These values are an important advantage for those looking for high battery performance in a more compact device. 190 grams of weight and 7.95 mm thickness indicate that the device offers an ergonomic grip in daily use. There are more alternatives in color options: black, blue, pink, purple and red. The fact that IP68/IP69 certifications are included in this model shows that durability is not compromised.

The X300 model, just like the Pro version, runs on Android 16 based OriginOS 6 interface. Thanks to the optimizations made on the software side, the interface performance of the device remains stable. Wireless connectivity features include Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and dual-band supported Wi-Fi 6. Improvements in sound quality have also been made with the stereo speaker system. These details become important especially in media consumption and gaming experience. In this respect, the X300 offers a balanced option not only with its design but also with its user experience.

X300

In the pricing section, options for different RAM and storage combinations attract attention. The 12 GB RAM / 256 GB model of the The price of the 16 GB / 1 TB model, which is the highest hardware, is determined as 6,699 yuan (39,391 TL). On the other hand, the Vivo X300 model is available to the user at prices starting from 4,399 yuan (25,867 TL). For upper configurations, the price goes up to 5,999 yuan (35,275 TL).

Although it has been shared that both models are available for sale in the Chinese market, there is no clear information about when they will be available for the global market. However, considering their features, these devices are not expected to be limited to China only. As we enter the last quarter of 2025, the X300 series, which was introduced at a time when competition in the Android ecosystem is intensifying, can be an alternative especially for users looking for mobile photography and battery performance.
