Vivo X200 will come with bigger battery than Oppo Find X8 and Xiaomi 15

Vivo is preparing to introduce three new flagships in China on October 14: Vivo X200, X200 Pro mini and X200 Pro. According to previously announced information, the new compact flagship Vivo X200 Pro mini will come with a large 5700 mAh battery. However, recent leaks have revealed that the standard Vivo X200 model will exceed this value and offer a battery with a capacity of 5800 mAh. This means it will have a slightly larger capacity than the compact model.

By using the recently popular silicon anode battery technology, Vivo manages to offer this high capacity in a small volume.

In comparison, the battery capacities of Xiaomi 15 and Oppo Find X8 are determined as 5400 mAh and 5700 mAh respectively. Vivo X200 will leave both of these models behind and have a larger battery. Interestingly, all of these devices are described as having a compact form factor. According to the leak, Xiaomi 15, Oppo Find X8 and Vivo X200 will have 6.3 inch, 6.5 inch and 6.6 inch screens respectively.

Considering that compact flagships have had difficulty meeting sales targets in the past, it is considered a surprise that companies are turning to this size again. However, one of the main reasons behind the choice of a large screen may be battery life. Even the 6.78-inch screen Oppo Find Using the new silicon anode battery material can help solve problems such as both poor battery life and the size and weight of the device.

A notable detail in this context is that Oppo confirmed that the Find X8 model will weigh less than 200 grams. Previous leaks had suggested that the phone would be only 7 mm thick and weigh 190 grams. Pro and Ultra models are expected to provide a much longer battery life by offering a battery capacity of over 6000 mAh.

Vivo X200 will come with 90W wired charging

According to the leak, Vivo and Xiaomi’s flagships will offer 90W fast wired charging support. On the other hand, Oppo Find X8 will come with 80W charging support, which is slightly slower. Unfortunately, there is no exact information about the exact dimensions and weight of the Vivo X200 yet.
