Vivo officially shared the design and some technical features of the new model V50. However, no clear explanation was made as to when the device would be released. According to recent leaks, Vivo V50 will be introduced in India on 17 February 2025. It is claimed that it will be available one week after the launch of the device, that is, on February 24th.
It is worth mentioning that this information is not officially verified yet. Vivo’s promotional event days before the official website of the V50 is considered as a remarkable development. Generally, brands do not publish the page of a model so long before the launch, while Vivo’s possibility of following a different strategy for this model is focused on.
The Vivo V50 will be available with three different color options, Rose Red (Rose Red), Starry Blue (Star Blue) and Titanium Gray (Titanium Gray). The device, which is expected to offer strong features on the camera side, will have three 50 MP resolution cameras.
At the back will have a 50 MP main camera with OIS (optical image stabilization) and a 50 MP ultra wide -angle camera with a viewing angle of 119 °. On the front will feature a 50 MP selfie camera with automatic focus. These features make the V50 an ambitious model for photo and video shooting.
The Vivo V50 will come with a 6.78 -inch AMOLED screen with curved curved on four sides. It is stated that this screen will offer 1.5K resolution and will provide a fluent experience with a 120Hz renewal speed. The design of the screen offers a frameless and elegant look, while its curved structure resembles the upper segment phones.
The battery capacity of the device will be 6,000 mAh. This battery will have 90W fast charging support for users to have long -term experience. In this way, the Vivo V50 will be charged in a short time and will be able to use it for long hours.
On the other hand, Vivo V50 will have IP68 and IP69 certificates. These certificates show the resistance of the device to water and dust. The IP68 standard allows the phone to be water -resistant at a certain depth, while the IP69 certificate offers extra protection against high -pressure water spraying. This shows that the Vivo V50 can be used safely even in challenging conditions.

In terms of performance, the Vivo V50 is claimed to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. The device will be released from the box with the Android 15 operating system and will work with Vivo’s customized interface, Funtouch OS 15. Thanks to the new security and performance improvements brought by Android 15, the device is expected to offer a more stable and faster experience.
