Turknet Cyber ​​attacked: Customer data were affected

Turknet, one of the largest independent internet service providers in Türkiye, announced that it has been subjected to a large cyber attack. Following the attack, allegations that TurkNet’s customer information on social media platforms and various forums was put up for sale came up. Many users, claiming that some examples containing identity information have been shared, drew attention to the seriousness of the situation. Turknet said in a statement regarding these allegations, all the necessary security measures were commissioned as soon as the unauthorized access was detected. He also announced that they are in cooperation with the relevant institutions and that legal processes were initiated.
