Huawei announced that the Nova 13 and Nova 13 Pro models, which it introduced to the Chinese market in October, are now preparing for the global launch. The international launch of the two models is expected to be held at the event to be held in Dubai on December 12. At the same event, Mate X6, the brand’s foldable phone model, will also be presented to the global market.
This information was confirmed through posts made directly from Huawei’s official X (formerly Twitter) account in international markets. It was noteworthy that in the promotional posts about Nova 13 and Nova 13 Pro, the same labels were used, indicating the global release of Mate X6. This indicates that both models will be announced together at the Dubai event.
In Huawei’s promotional messages, it is stated that the Nova 13 “combines a bold, technology-inspired sophisticated design with a modern touch.” On the other hand, the “flawless quad-curved screen” and “dynamic plaid texture design” of the Nova 13 Pro are highlighted.
What features do Huawei Nova 13 and Nova 13 Pro have?
Nova 13 is equipped with a 6.7-inch, 1084 x 2412 resolution OLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate. On the back of the device, there is a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultra wide-angle camera. On the front, there is an impressive selfie camera with 60 MP resolution. While storage options are offered as 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB, its 5000 mAh capacity battery offers 100W fast charging and 5W reverse charging support.
Nova 13 Pro, on the other hand, comes with more advanced features. The device offers a 6.76 inch LTPO OLED screen with a resolution of 1224 x 2776. In addition to 50 MP resolution, the main camera has optical image stabilizer (OIS) and variable aperture features. In addition, there is a 12 MP telephoto camera (OIS supported) and an 8 MP ultra wide-angle camera. Other specifications of both models appear to be the same for the Chinese versions.
