The first information about the new devices, which are the continuation of the Win and Win RT models that Honor announced in December last year, has emerged. A new leak originating from China shows that the Honor Win 2 series may come with remarkable updates on the screen, processor and battery. In particular, the high refresh rate screen and large battery of Honor Win 2, which is expected to be the top model of the series, stand out. In addition, it is stated that there may be more than one model with different processor options in the series.

According to the leak, the Honor Win 2 model will come with a 6.89-inch screen. It is stated that this panel will offer “2K+” resolution and support 185 Hz refresh rate. While it is estimated that the panel technology will be LTPS, these values ​​​​show that the device can focus especially on gaming and multimedia use. This refresh rate, which is well above the 120 Hz level commonly seen in high-end phones today, means an assertive approach to screen fluency. It is said that the device will use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 platform, which has not been announced yet, on the processor side. However, there is no clear information about whether this chip will be the standard version or the Pro variant. Qualcomm is expected to introduce its new generation flagship processor in September. For this reason, it is estimated that the official announcement of the Honor Win 2 family may be delayed until the last quarter of the year.

The large battery capacity of the Honor Win 2 series draws attention
