Sony is preparing to perform the long-awaited update in the WH-1000XM series. The new model, named WH-1000XM6, was listed for a short time in Amazon Spain before the Sony official introduction. One of the biggest innovations in the new WH-1000XM6 is on the processor side. Sony uses a new processor called QN3 instead of the QN1 chip used in the previous model. According to the list, QN3 works seven times faster than QN1. This difference is expected to be reflected in both active noise blocking quality and overall sound performance.
