Samsung’s new generation foldable phone Galaxy Z Flip 7 has successfully passed through the test process, where he tried to answer questions about his durability. In the challenging tests by Youtuber Jerryrigeverything, telephone was tested against scratching, combustion, dust and bending and continued to work without serious structural damage.
The test was first measured in the test. This surface, protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2, was subjected to slight scratches in the Mohs hardness scale at level 6, and deeper traces occurred in the level 7. This result points to a level of durability compatible with other phones in the flagship segment. Since the internal screen is made of polymer material, it is only permanently drawn with level 2 hardness, that is, a nail blow can even leave a mark.
Samsung is aware of this sensitive screen structure. For this reason, the internal screen protector will be changed free of charge in the first year.
Galaxy Z Flip 7 continued to work despite being tested in heat and dust tests
The outer screen of the phone resistance directly to the direct flame theme, and only superficial darkening occurred. The inner screen was darkened after a 15 -second heat contact and green burns were formed. The Galaxy Z Flip 7 reveals how prejudices against foldable phones are technically exceeded with these results from durability tests. In particular, the improvements made on the hinge structure, the glass protection of the exterior screen and the dirt -proofing are at a level that can protect the device against many risks that may be encountered in daily use. Although the structure of the inner screen is still more delicate, the support offered by the manufacturer does not leave the user alone.
