Realme developed a new phone concept with 15.000 mAh battery

Battery life on smartphones is one of the most important features of users. While the manufacturers develop different solutions in this field, Realme attracted all the attention with their latest sharing. The company is preparing to announce its concept phone with a capacity of 15,000 mAh.

Realme recently announced that it has prepared a device with a battery over 10,000 mAh. With the new Teaser visuals, the capacity of this device became clear and became 15,000 mAh. The phrase “15000mah”, written in capital letters on the back cover of the phone, attracts attention directly. Such details clearly show that Realme aims to emphasize the battery power. In addition, it is noticed that the company’s teaser language is not only the size of the battery, but also the fineness of the design.

Realme managed to offer large capacity in the usual body

High battery capacities are usually combined with thick and heavy bodies. Nevertheless, it is understood that the device does not look much thicker than ordinary phones in Realme’s teaser images. This approach of the company aims to alleviate users’ concern for portability. However, it is technically remarkable to offer such a large battery in a usual design. In addition to all these, it is important to remember that the device is only evaluated on the image.

Realme’nin claim that the phone, 50 hours of uninterrupted video monitoring time will provide. This time focuses well above the smartphone standards. Despite everything, it seems theoretically possible to reach such a period of use with a high capacity of 15,000 mAh. In addition, with this battery capacity, working time exceeding the week in daily use can be foreseen. Nevertheless, it can be said that real experiences will only occur with tests.

Realme’s interest in battery is not new. The GT Concept Phone, introduced in May, had a 10,000 mAh battery. This model, 10 percent of the rate of silicone came to the fore in the sector. In addition, with 887 WH/L energy density, the device did not compromise on portability. In addition to all these, the weight of 8.5 mm thickness and 200 grams of the weight of the previous model showed the balanced structure.

It is estimated that similar chemical infrastructure is used in the newly introduced 15,000 mAh battery concept. Silicone-Anot-based cells can increase the energy density and fit large capacity to smaller areas. This method makes it possible for Realme to place a gigantic battery in a normal body. In this way, it is aimed to obtain long use time without breaking the phone design they are used to. In addition, this approach may set an example for other manufacturers in the following years.

The device is currently in the concept phase. Therefore, it does not seem possible to be available commercially. It is understood that the company’s main purpose is to show the technology it has developed and to emphasize the progression of battery density. However, this approach of Realme has the potential to direct the expectations of consumers. In addition, such concepts are generally considered as preview of future products.

Realme announced on 27 August that it will share new details about the device. At this date, technical data and detailed information about battery performance are expected to be announced. In addition, data on weight, charging time and safety standards may also be raised. However, for now, the company seems to have collected all the attention on battery capacity. In any case, this statement shows that Realme will be discussed for a longer time on the technology agenda.
