Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ have officially been revealed. The presence of telephoto lenses on both phones draws attention because the company includes telephoto lenses for the first time in this family. It is worth noting that both phones have special versions designed together with Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Ollivier Saveo.
While the 12 Pro has a 2x optical zoom feature, the 12 Pro+ is the company’s first phone with a periscope telephoto camera.
Realme 12 Pro
The smartphone has a 6.7-inch curved OLED screen. This screen, with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, covers the entire DCI-P3 color gamut. The touch sampling rate is 240 Hz. At the heart of the 12 Pro is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor.
12 Pro gets the energy it needs from a 5000 mAh battery with 67W SuperVOCC charging support. According to the information provided by Realme, just 19 minutes of charging charges the phone’s battery by 50 percent. It is possible to fully charge the battery after 48 minutes.
The main camera on the smartphone is the Sony IMX882 sensor with a resolution of 50 megapixels. This camera also has optical image stabilization feature. The 2x telephoto camera has a 32 megapixel Sony IMX709 sensor. An 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 16-megapixel front camera are also waiting for users on the phone.
Realme 12 Pro comes out of the box with Android 14 and Realme UI 5.0 user interface. Faux leather coated back panels are preferred in both color options of the phone. Although the blue color option brings to mind the luxury watch brand Rolex, contrary to the previous statement, no official announcement has been made about this collaboration. The color options of the phone are called Submarine Blue and Traveler Beige.
In Realme 12 Pro, the processor is accompanied by 8 GB RAM. The phone’s internal storage options are listed as 128 and 256 GB. You will have to pay 25999 rupees (9493 TL) for the version with 128 GB storage and 26999 rupees (9858 TL) for 256 GB storage.
Realme 12 Pro+
12 Pro+ comes with a 6.7-inch OLED panel. The maximum brightness level of this display is 950 nits. A 5000 mAh battery with 67W charging support provides the smartphone with the energy it needs. At this point, it is worth reminding that Realme 11 Pro + has 100W charging support.
