Oppo Reno 12 F joins the Reno 12 and 12 Pro, the third member of the Reno 12 family. At the heart of Reno 12 F is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. This processor is accompanied by 12 GB of RAM. The 256 GB storage space can also be expanded with microSD card support.
The smartphone comes with Android 14 installed out of the box. This operating system is complemented by the ColorOS 14.0.1 user interface. Oppo AI artificial intelligence features also await users on the phone. These are AI Recording Summary, AI Summary for text, AI Writer and AI Speak.
On the front of the Reno 12 F, there is a 6.67-inch 120Hz FHD+ OLED display with AGC DT-Star2 glass protection and a fingerprint reader under the display. The screen can be used even when wet. The hole above the display also houses the phone’s 32-megapixel front camera.
The round camera module of the phone brings to mind the camera of Oppo Find N3. The ring-shaped lighting here is called Halo Light. The design inspired by luxury watches is called Cosmos Ring.
This round module offers three cameras. The main camera is a 50-megapixel sensor. An 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle and a 2-megapixel macro camera also accompany the main camera. The cameras come with some AI-powered features such as AI Eraser 2.0, AI Smart Image Matting 2.0, and AI Studio.

Reno 12 F provides the energy it needs with a 5000 mAh battery. This battery, charged via USB-C input, has 45W charging support. The phone, which comes with an infrared sensor, carries the IP64 durability certificate.
There are two color options available for the Oppo Reno 12 F: green and orange. The price and release date of the phone have not yet been announced.
