Oppo Find X9 series comes to Europe with high-capacity battery

Oppo is preparing to introduce the Find X9 series, which it introduced in China, to the European market. The most prominent feature of these models is the large battery capacity. Generally, when phones introduced in China come to Europe, some technical features are simplified. However, this time the situation is different. It seems that Oppo does not leave European users behind.

The Find X9 model has batteries with a capacity of 7,025 mAh, and the Find X9 Pro model has a battery with a capacity of 7,500 mAh. These values are at the highest level not only among Oppo devices, but also among Android flagships in general. Oppo has achieved this increase with its third generation silicon-carbon battery cells. In addition to all this, despite the hardware growth, there is no significant change in the physical dimensions of the devices. In other words, portability is preserved and usage time is increased.

Oppo managed to increase battery capacity in the Find X9 series without increasing physical dimensions

Compared to the Find X8 series, there is an increase of approximately 2,000 mAh in battery capacity. Despite this, there was no visible increase in thickness and weight. This shows how far Oppo has come in hardware engineering. However, there are solutions that increase battery efficiency not only on the hardware but also on the software side. AI-powered battery management in ColorOS 16 further optimizes energy consumption.

Another detail that is as important as battery capacity is fast charging support. Oppo includes an 80W wired and 50W wireless charging system in these models. The ability to charge especially large batteries at these speeds is an element that directly affects the user experience. However, it seems that a balanced structure has been established regarding the thermal management of the devices. Therefore, both long battery life and fast charging can be offered without any problems in daily use.

@Sudhanshu1414, known as the leak source, supported this information with the European Union’s Energy Label documents. In the documents, the Find X9 model was included with the codes CPH2797 and the Find X9 Pro with the codes CPH2791. All these data reveal that the models that will be sold in Europe will have the same technical features as the Chinese versions. At this point, it seems that Oppo is following a consistent product policy without making regional distinctions. This can be considered a positive approach to meet the expectations of users in Europe.

On the screen side, it is clearly felt that the Oppo Find X9 series reflects the flagship class. While the Find X9 model comes with a 6.59-inch AMOLED panel, a larger 6.78-inch screen is preferred in the Find X9 Pro. Both screens offer a 120Hz refresh rate, which provides a smooth viewing experience. This refresh rate can make a difference, especially for users who consume mobile games or videos. Moreover, since the battery capacity is high, there is no need to cut down on screen time.

It seems that Oppo is not indifferent to the issue of durability. Both models have IP69 certification, which provides advanced protection against water and dust. This level of certification constitutes an important assurance, especially for users working or traveling outdoors. In other words, not only stylish design but also durability was prioritized. The device stands out with its high durability against daily conditions.

In the camera system, especially the Pro model differs clearly. The camera infrastructure, developed in collaboration with Hasselblad, is supported by a 200 MP telephoto lens. It is stated that it is also assertive in terms of wide dynamic range and low light performance. However, not only hardware power but also software-based photo processing features increase the camera quality of the device. Thus, successful results can be achieved in both professional and casual shooting.

On the processor side, MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, which went through the new generation 3nm production process, was preferred. This processor directly responds to today’s needs in terms of both energy efficiency and artificial intelligence performance. Oppo aimed to offer a more fluent and stable user experience by integrating this processor with its own software interface. Especially in in-system battery consumption analysis, optimizations in line with user habits can be achieved with the support of artificial intelligence. In this way, it is aimed to use the device in the long term without losing performance.

The global launch event of the Find X9 series will be held in Barcelona on October 28. At this event, Oppo is expected to highlight its innovations, especially in the fields of battery, camera and software.
