NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti, expected at CES 2025, already attracts attention with its features

New details about the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti model, which is expected to be officially announced by NVIDIA very soon, have come to light. This graphics card, which will be built on Blackwell architecture, is preparing to offer important innovations in terms of both performance and efficiency. RTX 5070 Ti, which will be equipped with 16 GB GDDR7 memory and 350W TGP values, aims to be a strong option for gamers and professionals. Moreover, this model will appear with a trimmed version of the GB203 GPU used in the upper segment RTX 5080.

RTX 5070 Ti, which is claimed to come with 8960 CUDA cores, will use a reference design codenamed PG147 SKU 60. It is reported that it will provide a total bandwidth of 896 GB/s, especially with 16 GB GDDR7 memory at 28 Gbps. This figure means an increase of approximately 33% compared to its predecessor, the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER model. This improvement in terms of both memory capacity and speed seems to significantly increase the competitiveness of the card.

Memory and TGP improvements will attract attention

Another notable feature of the RTX 5070 Ti will be the increase in TGP (Total Graphics Power) values. This model will be released with 350W TGP instead of 300W, contrary to previous predictions. This means a 23% increase compared to the RTX 4070 Ti. On the other hand, it is stated that in real world applications, this energy consumption may remain at lower levels depending on the application.

The use of the GB203 GPU is another factor that strengthens the RTX 5070 Ti’s place in the performance segment. This model, which comes with a lower version of the full configuration used in the RTX 5080 model, promises to offer superior performance compared to the previous generation cards. In particular, the use of different GPUs in the RTX 4080 series was criticized. This time, NVIDIA’s differentiation on the same chip architecture may positively affect the overall performance of the card.

New information has also emerged about the release date of the RTX 5070 Ti. NVIDIA plans to introduce a total of six RTX 50 series models based on Blackwell architecture to users in the first half of 2025. While most models are expected to be released in the first quarter of 2025, it is stated that the RTX 5070 Ti will be available in the third quarter. It seems very likely that these models will be announced at the CES 2025 event.

While NVIDIA launches its new generation graphics cards, it will also compete with competitive products from AMD and Intel. In particular, the RTX 5070 Ti is expected to surpass its competitors in terms of price-performance balance and energy efficiency. NVIDIA’s high-bandwidth memory structure and the power of the GB203 GPU may make this model a popular choice among gamers and content creators.

RTX 5070 Ti stands out as an ambitious model in terms of both performance and technical features. While NVIDIA is expected to make a detailed announcement about this graphics card, other members of the Blackwell series are also awaited with great interest. It is clear that the new generation of graphics cards will redefine the standards in terms of graphics performance.
