The company's new wireless headphones Nothing Ear and Ear (a) will be introduced at the event held by Nothing on April 18. The company, which is preparing to “reset” the naming scheme, will not include numbers in the names of its headphones.
A new leak allows us to see the design of Nothing's new headphones ahead of the official announcement. These visuals are accompanied by the technical specifications of the headphones. It is worth reminding once again from the beginning that Nothing Ear will be the more advanced option between the two.
Described as the successor of Ear (2), Ear will be sold in Europe for 150 euros. While the headset is expected to have an IP54 resistance certificate against dust and splashes, it is stated that the durability certificate of the charging box is IPX2. While the battery life is 7.5 hours with the active noise canceling feature turned off, the charging box provides a total usage time of 33 hours. The headset, which will come in black and white color options, will also continue the transparent design identified with Nothing.
Nothing Ear (a) will be a more affordable option
Ear (a), on the other hand, targets those looking for a cheaper option. According to the leak, the European sales price of the wireless headset will be 100 euros. Features such as active noise canceling, dual connection and fast charging support will be offered to users in this model as well.
The battery life is 8 hours with active noise canceling turned off and 38 hours with the charging case. It is worth noting that the headset has an IP54 durability certificate and the charging box, interestingly, has an IP54 durability certificate. Ear (a) will be available to users in black, white and yellow color options.
More details about Nothing's new headphones are expected to be shared before next week's announcement.
