The new model of the Nothing brand Phone (3) received the US Federal Communication Commission (FCC) certificate. The features of the smartphone were seen with the certificate in question. The device, which is included in the documents with the A024 model number, claims to be the most powerful smartphone in the brand. Android 15 -based Nothing OS 3.3 was preferred on the operating system side. This shows that an understanding that emphasizes the current software experience continues.
One of the hardware elements that attracted attention in FCC records was the battery capacity. The device comes with a 5150 mAh battery. This value represents a significant increase compared to the 4700 mAh capacity of the Nothing Phone (2). Considering the global market, this capacity makes it possible to remain competitive against Apple and Samsung models.
Nothing Phone (3), Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 will carry up its performance
There is also a significant improvement compared to the previous model. With a 45W of wired fast charging support in Phone (2), the new model increases to 65W. This increase has the potential to ensure that the device is charged in a short time even in intensive use. Wireless charging support is thought to continue, but there is no official detail on this issue.
In terms of connection options, the device includes current technologies. Three-band Wi-Fi 6E support, 5G connection, Bluetooth and NFC features are included in the list. This connection combination offers both high -speed data flow and wide access options. Especially the presence of 5G and Wi-Fi 6E together gives flexibility in mobile internet and network connections.
A 6.7 -inch LTPO OLED panel was preferred on the screen. This screen, which offers a resolution of 1.5K, stands out in terms of both visual clarity and energy efficiency. Thanks to LTPO technology, screen refresh rates can change dynamically. This creates an advantage that can positively affect the battery life.
Camera installation also stands out as another remarkable element. The back of the rear is a triple camera sequence and each has a resolution of 50 MP. Apart from the main camera, there is a 3x Telephoto Lens and Ultra wide -angle sensor. On the front, a 50 MP selfie camera is located.
The phone is expected to be ambitious on the software side with the hardware. Nothing OS 3.3, which works on Android 15, aims to offer a simple but functional interface. This interface aims to prioritize the user experience, especially with customization options and system stability. Rapidly presenting software updates can also increase the value of the device in the long term.
The FCC approval indicates that the device is ready for the US market. This reveals that the Nothing brand wants to reach a wider audience in the global market. However, a clear calendar has not yet been announced on which markets the device will be on sale. But the introductory date is determined as July 1.
