Moto G7 is here. Motorola has not had a very great 2018 despite so many new launches of its smartphones. However, the company has seemingly initiated working on its 2019 line-up already. With a full aim to return back to the competition, it has been working on the G7 series for next year. There are Rumours spread around saying Motorola will launch just two new phones under the G7 line-up. These are the Moto G7 and the Moto G7 Plus. It is likely to skip the Play version. However, the information is not yet confirmed by Moto.
Moto G7 Specs
There have been many leaks about the Moto G7. In fact, its full specs sheet has now been leaked. According to the specs sheet that’s leaked, the Moto G7 will have a much bigger screen compared to the Moto G6. Moto G7 will come with a big 6.4-inch Full HD+ display. It is bigger than the Moto G6 which features a 5.7-inch screen.
The Moto G7 specs sheet also mentioned that the smartphone would power an octa-core processor. But the chipset is not confirmed. Currently, we know that the Moto G7 will come with 4 GB RAM holding 64 GB internal storage. The phone may be available in numerous variants.
The leaked specs sheet also mentions all the camera details of the Moto G7. The upcoming smartphone may have a dual camera setup on the rear. However, it will have a single sensor on the front. The Moto G7 on the rear panel will have a 16-megapixel primary sensor. It will feature a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. Talking about the front, the specs sheet mentions that the Motorola phone will come with a 12 MP sensor. The listing of specs also revealed that the new Moto G7 would operate on Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box. Likewise, it will pack a 3,500 mAh battery. The Moto G7 is also said to have a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for unlocking the phone.
Moto G7 to come with a Notch Display
Last month, a Moto G7 rendered surfaced online for the first time. This revealed the entire design of the G7. The render explained that the Moto G7 would come with a notched display. It will have minimal bezels on the sides. It is sleeker in comparison to the Moto G6.
Moto G6 Plus is launched in India only recent after by the Motorola One Power series. Rumours suggest that the Moto G7 will go official later in 2019 first half of the year.
