Meta brought real-time image enhancement feature with artificial intelligence to WhatsApp

Meta makes it possible for WhatsApp users in the USA to create real-time images with artificial intelligence. The feature in question is initially offered with the beta label. When you start typing a text-to-image prompt on the chat screen with Meta AI, you'll see how the image changes as you add more details about what you want to create.

In the example shared by Meta, a user writes the prompt “Imagine a football match on Mars.” The image created quickly changes from a typical football player to showing an entire football field in the Martian landscape. Users who can access the beta can try this feature by starting a chat with Meta AI and then launching a command prompt with the word “Imagine.”

Additionally, Meta says the Llama 3 model can now produce “sharper and better quality” images and is better at displaying text. In addition, Meta AI can be asked to animate the images you provide. These can then be turned into GIF animations that can be shared with friends.

Apart from WhatsApp, images can also be created with artificial intelligence via the Meta AI website.

Apart from WhatsApp, images can also be created with artificial intelligence via Meta AI's website. However, it should be noted that this can only be used in the USA. The new feature comes as part of a broader rollout of AI features across all of Meta's apps, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Messenger.
