Lenovo once again demonstrated its pursuit of innovation in technology with the 10th generation devices of the Yoga series. At CES 2025, the company offers more powerful hardware, impressive display features and artificial intelligence-supported functionalities in these models that aim to redefine the user experience. The introduced models include the Yoga Slim 9i, the dual-screen Yoga Book 9i and the versatile Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition. These devices attract attention with their updated features in every aspect, from design to performance.
Yoga Slim 9i aims to offer high performance and long battery life by being equipped with Intel’s NPU (Neural Processing Unit) supported Core Ultra processors. Thanks to the AI Core system developed by Lenovo, the device provides the user with a longer-term usage experience by dynamically optimizing the settings in creative applications. According to the company’s statements, its 75Wh battery can provide up to 17 hours of uninterrupted use. In addition, the device’s 14-inch PureSight Pro OLED screen offers superior visual quality with 4K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Slim 9i combines an aesthetic design with technological innovations by offering a frameless viewing experience with its 98% screen-to-body ratio design and under-screen camera technology.
The dual-screen Yoga Book 9i takes a big step forward from its previous generation and comes with two screens, each 14 inches in size. Both screens offer 2.8K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 750 nits brightness. This device is powered by Intel’s new Arrow Lake 255H processor and comes with options with up to 32GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. While its connection features include three Thunderbolt 4 ports and Wi-Fi 7 support, the device is also equipped with a four-speaker Dolby Atmos sound system. In addition, artificial intelligence-supported features such as Lenovo’s Smart Note note-taking application, Smart Reader e-reader software and Air Gestures, which offers control with hand gestures, increase the functionality of the device.
Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition draws attention with the innovations in the OLED screen. This 14-inch screen reaches a brightness value of 1,100 nits, offering the user a much more vivid and clear viewing experience. However, the glossy finish and stylish design of the device combine functionality and aesthetics. With this model, Lenovo aims to offer alternatives for users’ different needs by updating the new Yoga Slim 7i and 7i 2-in-1 models with Intel processors.
In terms of pricing, the Yoga Slim 9i model is planned to be available in February 2024, with prices starting from $ 1,849. The Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition model will meet users in February with a starting price of $ 1,599. On the other hand, the price of the dual-screen Yoga Book 9i will start at $1,999 and the device is expected to be released in May 2024. Lenovo also offers benefits such as a two-month free Adobe Creative Cloud membership on some of these models.
The new Yoga series offers innovative technologies and a wide range of options for both everyday users and professionals. This move by Lenovo seems to take the competition one step further in the laptop world.
