With only a few days left until Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event, leaks of new wearable devices are increasing. Evan Blass, who has long been known for his reliable leaks in the technology world, shared high-resolution marketing images of the Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Watch 7, Galaxy Buds 3 Pro and Galaxy Buds 3 models on Thursday. These images give important clues about these devices that Samsung will introduce soon.
Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Watch 7 features
The leaked images of the Galaxy Watch Ultra appear to be compatible with previously leaked draft images. However, these images reveal that a special Apple Watch-like connection will be used between the device’s hardware and straps. Samsung has used spring-loaded pins in the past to ensure broad compatibility with third-party straps, but that appears to be changing with this model. Although the Galaxy Watch Ultra’s screen is still round, it is housed in a square-like frame. The orange accents are reminiscent of Apple’s flagship wearable. However, this model from Samsung provides diversity by offering three different color options: silver, dark natural titanium and black.
Galaxy Watch 7, on the other hand, follows Samsung’s usual aesthetics more closely. It is noteworthy that the olive green version in particular looks quite stylish with small pops of color on both sides of the strap.
Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro design
Blass also shared images of Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. Both models switch to a handle design. They have a more angular design than Apple’s AirPods, but the overall look is quite similar. In particular, the bright white Galaxy Buds 3 seem inspired by AirPods.

The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, on the other hand, is a bit more striking with its dark gray finish and transparent flip case. This model also takes a different approach by switching from a completely in-ear fit to a stemmed design. We need to wait for Samsung to explain the benefits of this design change. However, it is thought that this change could provide improvements in voice calls and AI assistant interactions by providing a closer position to the microphone.
Samsung plans to introduce the Galaxy Fold 6 and Galaxy Flip 6 models at the Unpacked event to be held in Paris on July 10. But this summer, the company’s next-generation wearable devices are generating more excitement. In particular, Samsung’s first smart ring is expected to be introduced at this event.
