Huawei’s smartphone Mate XT opens to the world

Huawei is preparing to offer Mate XT, which can be folded in China in September 2024, to international markets. This device, which has the world’s first dual hinged foldable screen, will be available with a price tag of 3,499 euros. However, as with other Huawei phones, Mate XT will not officially support Google applications.

Mate XT has a dual hinged foldable display, which offers a 6.4 inches, 7.9 inches when it is opened, and 10.2 inches when it is opened. In addition, when it is open, it reaches only 3.6 mm thick at the finest point. This means a thinner structure even than the upcoming Oppo Find N5. Oppo Find N5 contains only two panels, although it is thinner when it is closed.

With a 5.600 mAh battery, Mate XT offers power to easily remove one day despite its large screen size and supports both wired and wireless charging. The rear camera system includes a 50 -megapixel main sensor, as well as 12 megapixel ultra -wide angle and periscope lenses. However, as in other Huawei’s other devices, Mate XT does not officially support Google applications and services, especially the Play Store. The device runs Huawei’s Android -based EMUI software. Although the company introduced the Harmonyos Next operating system without Android last year, Mate XT has not yet switched to this software.

Although pricing has been explained in euros, the device was currently released in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Mexico. More markets are expected to be added. Huawei United Kingdom Public Relations Specialist Elliot Mulley-Goodbarne said to The Verge that the device will not come to the United Kingdom or the United States for the time being. Mate XT will be released with a single configuration with 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage.

Apart from Huawei Mate XT, it also brings other products to the world stage

Mate XT’s international launch was held in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. This activity shows Huawei’s determination to maintain its existence in the global market despite US technology restrictions. The high price of the device and the lack of Google application support may cause a disadvantage for some users. However, Mate XT, which attracts attention with its innovative design and technical features, can be an attractive option, especially for technology enthusiasts and users who are looking for innovative devices.

In addition to Mate XT, Huawei introduced a new open headset, Band 10 fitness tracking device and Matepad Pro 13.2 tablet, which has a Matepad Pro 13.2 tablet. These products are offered to users as part of the company’s expanding ecosystem. Especially the Matepad Pro 13.2 stands out as an ideal option for professional users and content manufacturers with its large screen and high resolution.
