The leak source named Fixed Focus Digital suggested that the launch could take place on this date. Since this information has not been confirmed, Huawei will have the final say on the calendar. Despite this, the series is already being talked about, especially with the Huawei Nova 16 Pro Max model.
It is expected that there will be three models in the family. Sources highlight the names Nova 16, Nova 16 Pro and Nova 16 Pro Max in the series. On the other hand, it is stated that Huawei will not use the Ultra name this time. In last year’s Nova 15 family, the Ultra model was distinguished by its renewed appearance, this time the Pro Max name may play a stronger role on the technical side.
The strongest claim on the camera side is that Nova 16 Pro Max will carry a 200 megapixel main camera. A separate Weibo post states that the device may feature a main sensor with an optical format of approximately 2.0 cm. The source did not reveal which sensor Huawei would use and asked its followers if they could guess this sensor. Screen and battery information also make the Pro Max model the most assertive option in the series. According to leaks, the phone will use a 17.4 cm 1.5K LTPO screen.
